Refund policy

In order to return your order to hellswerk.eu, please send an email to hellswerk@gmail.com with the reason for your return and the order number that appears on your invoice.

The way to return your order is by mail, leaving it at the offices, the shipping costs in this case will be your responsibility.

It will be returned for another item of clothing or your money using the same original payment method.

If you paid online, we will ask you for your account number to make a transfer.

Remember that it may take up to 10 business days from when you deliver the package until you receive your money back.

You have a maximum period of 14 days to return your purchased product.

After checking that the garment is in perfect condition, we will proceed to process your request.
